These terms cover your use of Mox Street Bets (moxstreetbets.com), run by one person in New Zealand ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
Prices, stock and listing photographs collected from stores' public websites twice a day, with market prices from TCGplayer, Cardmarket and ManaPool, and popularity data from EDHREC. It's a beta, so things will change, break, and sometimes be wrong.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Sold and restocked figures are estimates based on changes in stock, not records of sales. Check the store's own page before you buy: its price and stock are the ones that count.
Your account
You must be 16 or over. One account per person, signed in with Google or Discord. Don't share it. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Plans
Common is free. Paid plans aren't sold yet, and the prices shown can change. When they are sold, you'll see the price and terms before you pay. During the beta we may move accounts between plans.
Fair use
Don't scrape the site, bulk download its data, or send automated requests. Don't resell or republish its data. Don't try to get around plan limits or access controls, or interfere with the site. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.
Other people's material
Store names, prices and photographs belong to the stores. We aren't run by or endorsed by any of them. We keep a copy of a listing's photograph after it sells. If you own something here and want it removed, email hello@moxstreetbets.com and we'll deal with it promptly. Links to stores pass through this site so we can count them. Some are referral links: if you buy something after following one, the store may pay us a commission. That doesn't change what you pay or the prices we show. Card data and images come from Scryfall. Mox Street Bets is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy, and isn't approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Ours and yours
How we collect, match and present the data is ours, and the fair use rules above apply to it. If you send feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it is accurate, complete or available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it, including decisions to buy or sell. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes and leaving
We may change these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and announce big changes on the site or in the Discord. If you keep using the site you accept the new terms. You can stop using it at any time, and ask us to delete your account. See the privacy policy.
Law
New Zealand law applies, and New Zealand courts decide any dispute.
